Marl's Fashion is committed to delivering quality product with excellent service.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of purchase price and taxes paid (if applicable). Buyer pays for return shipping. Returns of intimates apparel (undergarments, lingerie) and swimwear will be accepted only if sealed in original packaging.        

For a return to be accepted and refund issued, items must be: 

Received within a reasonable period of time after a return authorization has been issued in original condition with no obvious signs of use (trying on for size and fit is acceptable), undamaged, unmodified / unaltered after receipt of item

Complete with no missing pieces or parts included in original shipment

Returned with the product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and any product-specific certificates of authenticity, grading, appraisal, etc. received with the original shipment.
